*JOB DESCRIPTION
|
This is a senior-level
architect position for the Information Security
department. This position will work to monitor
and support the Bank systems environment to
ensure the availability, confidentiality, and
integrity of the Bank’s data.
This individual ensures that a broad and deep
exposure to security, network, applications,
SOA, mainframe, and server security best practices
is applied and utilized. Participate in the
SDLC as security expert through all phases of
development and integration of our new core
system, ESB, as well as several new enterprise-level
projects.

*JOB REQUIREMENTS
|
.B.S.
in Computer Science or a related discipline
or equivalent amount of experience
.7 –10 years experience in Information
Technology
.5+ years experience in infrastructure or application-level
security engineering
.1 – 3 years experience in banking
. 2 - 5 years of experience involved with development
team(s) that delivered software or software-based
services (development, QA testing, or security
role)
.Tivoli Access Manager and/or Tivoli Identity
Manager Certification is a plus
.Knowledge of systems engineering processes
(SDLC) and systems life-cycle security engineering
with strong programming experience in Java,
Javascript, ASP, VB, and C#
.Strong understanding of automated user provisioning,
directory architecture and design, role based
access control, entitlement review and certification,
entitlement management, single sign-on, identity
federation, and privileged access management
.Broad and deep understanding of information
security principles, technology, and practices
.Approximately 3 yrs of technical architecture
experience integrating identity and access management
software into existing infrastructure and applications
.Experience in creating a secure architecture
using IBM Data Power, IBM Web Sphere Process
Server and Web Sphere Application Server
.Experience writing SOA security services and
modules in JAVA, XML, WSDL, Web Services, XSLT,
XSD
.Excellent organizational and communication
skills
.Ability to prioritize
.Strong analytical skills and detailed oriented
.Strong technical skills and hands-on practical
knowledge and experience with IS security technologies
.Ability to work under stress and meet deadlines
