In the event a registrant cannot attend a program, seminar, or course, the Chapter requests notification as early as possible. Generally, the Chapter does not charge registrants a cancellation fee or penalty. However at its discretion, the Chapter may assess a $25.00 fee for no-show registrants to offset Chapter expenses for guaranteed reserved head counts. Substitution of another individual for an established registrant will be accepted at any time prior to the close of registration. Any cancellations should be directed to the Education Chair, using any of the following contact methods: Phone cancellation:call restaurant and l ask to speak to an ISACA board member or call the number given at time of event registration. Email cancellation:Email the Education chair | | Registration Policy | PLEASE REGISTER IN ADVANCE: Accurate Registration allows restaurants to have the appropriate number of meals prepared within our limited lunch time frame. Please pre-register so they can have food prepared promptly for 12pm. If attending at the last minute, call the restaurant to speak to an ISACA board member before you go (do NOT leave a message with the restaurant, speak to a board member). | | Complaint Resolution Policy | Any complaints should be directed to the Chapter President using any of the following contact methods:

The Chapter President will make every effort possible to investigate the cause of all complaints and take any corrective action that may appropriate.
| | Refunds Policy | The ISACA-GNO will, upon request, refund any fees that have been prepaid for a program meeting, seminar, or course if the registrant cannot or does not attend. Only fees prepaid in US currency by PayPal or by check are eligible for refunding. The Chapter will not provide refunds for partial attendance at a program, seminar, or course. The Chapter will consider refunds for dissatisfied participants on a case-by-case basis and any refunds due to participant dissatisfaction must have the approval of the Chapter Board. Requests for refunds should be directed to the Chapter Treasurer using any of the following contact methods:
